Searching.....

On orders from the judge, Mr. Meyer was caught searching for a better way to market and sell the cottage.

Good for the Judge! He finally did something right.

Did Meyers ever take his myopic marketing skills beyond Pinewoods, Cottage Grove and Lakeside?

What about actually engaging a real estate professional? Someone that specializes in exceptional Northern Michigan vacation properties?

How about the MLS? Saginaw News Adverts? Grosse Pointe News?

Hello?

Your preaching to the choir. The original plan was to offer privatly to those in the three associations, and if after 30 days with no offers it would be listed with a Real Estate professional. Some where along the line David Meyer decided to tell us one thing and do another. Even after admitting that his plan was not working, he refused to change course. The judge was also worthless as he encouraged Mr. Meyer to maintain his course of action. Even after admitting in court he screwed up and did not do what needed to be done, it fell on the deaf ears of the judge.

That leaves us a course of action against the judge which is being prepared as we speak. As well as the option of appeal is still very much alive and being considered.

We're dealing with the 6th most beautiful lake in the world, for crying out loud! (though National Geographic Magazine denies ever making such a designation for Higgins)

A charm- filled centenarian cottage in one of the most private, exclusive clubs on the lake.

C'mon! Should have fetched a lot more!

Mr. Meyer should be paying a heavy fine for screwing things up. The only thing he has to say is I'm sorry. What sort of crap is that. Nice court system. Too bad you can't prove he worked for slymie on the side for things to go his way. That would be really nice to see that through

I really hope you can appeal something. Slymie's walking around like he owns the whole camp. Mocking his defeat. Sorry for slamming but it just makes me ill to think about what he did to his very own sweet sister that has never hurt a fly and doesn't deserve the cards she was dealt. Please pray for a miracle. Something has to go your way to stop this nonsense.
