Ah- you're finally starting to get it.

It's also called Problem, Reaction, Solution.

For example- we want to invade Iraq- it's been in the plans for years. But how? Orchestrate a problem!!!
9/11 will do. Reaction--Whole country scared shitless of terrorists. Solution-- Strip away what remaining civil liberties the people have through the "Patriot" act-- then link Saddam Hussein to Al Queda- and boom!!!- The American People will go along with the Iraq war!!!! Worked like a charm, didn't it.

Oh there's been loads of Problem, Reaction, Solution manipulations-- and I'm afraid we've seen nothing yet.
