Bob you are right, the cottage was ordered sold and hence the stay motion to allow for an appeal. The appeal has been filed. I would love to go into more detail but on the advise of counsel I can't. I will say this, the defendants have from the very begining wanted only to get a fair price for their share of the cottage, and so far that has not been done.
